Amfi Craft entered into the market for retail store fixtures over two decades ago after being approached by one of South Africa’s leading retailers, Fruit & Veg City to develop a unit for the display of their fresh produce that was exclusive to their brand. The solution was a strong but lightweight, hygienic and easy to clean fibreglass insert tray designed to be mounted on top of a shop fitted base.

After a number of years of supplying Fruit & Veg City stores we started to receive more and more interest in our product from customers all around South Africa and up into Africa. This increase in demand drove us to expand on our portfolio and develop a wide range of “off-the-shelf” produce display fixtures that are available to the open market.

In addition to providing “off-the-shelf” designs, we pride ourselves in being a fibreglass solutions provider with unique capabilities in being able to create innovative, custom designs. In recent years we have been commissioned by some of the biggest names in retail to develop exclusive ranges tailored to their brands, including the likes of Pick n Pay, Spar, Game and Makro.
